Fattoria Triboli is an organic farm located on the hills of Impruneta in the heart of Tuscany. We are producing an authentic tuscan extra virgin olive oil in a fully sustainable way. Our purpose is to contribute to a more responsible society by farming our products in a sustainable manner.

Reaching zero net emissions is an ambitious goal for companies. So operating with negative CO2 emissions seems tough, but it’s not impossible.

At Fattoria Triboli, ever since we began operating, it has been our goal to implement farming methods that are sustainable and respectful of the environment while creating products with the least environmental impact possible. We even decided to put our work to the test. For several months now Turtle, a spin-off of the University of Bologna, has been helping us calculate our environmental impact.

Our results have been positive. By following our sustainable farming methods, we have managed to store more CO2 than we release.

During our presentation at the Green World Tour we want to share the essential steps that have helped us achieving this goal.
